• Packaging & Tags: The item must be returned in its original premium SYRA packaging, with all brand tags and labels strictly attached and intact.

2. Process & Timeframes

• Initiating a Request: To request an exchange or return, please contact our concierge team via WhatsApp using the number provided on your shipping waybill, or through the "Contact Us" page on our official website.
• Required Information: Please include clear photographs of the product, along with your Order Number, City, detailed Address, and the reason for the exchange or return.
• Request Approval: Our team will review and approve valid requests within 3 business days.
• Courier Pickup/Exchange: Once approved, our shipping courier will arrive at your location to collect or exchange the item within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Items

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a garment with a structural or knitting defect, it will be promptly replaced with a pristine piece at no additional charge.
• Incorrect Specifications: A full refund will be issued if the received item differs completely from the product description and specifications stated on our official website.
